A clear, serene journey from the first conversation to the big day.

  1. First conversation

    We take the time to talk through your project, your wishes and your budget. After this first meeting, you receive a personalised quote.

  2. Designing your event

    Together we imagine the world of your event: mood, décor, venue and choice of vendors.

  3. Planning & preparation

    We coordinate every stage: schedule, bookings, logistics, décor and equipment rental, so that everything is perfectly organised.

  4. The big day

    We coordinate your event, manage the vendors and handle the unexpected, so you can fully enjoy every moment.

How much does event planning cost?
It depends on the package you choose: full planning, partial support or day-of coordination. After a first conversation, we send you a personalised quote tailored to your project and your needs.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, to have the widest choice of dates and vendors. That said, every project is unique. Do get in touch even if your event is close: we will look at the possible solutions together.
Can we rent equipment without booking a planning service?
Yes. You can rent only the equipment you need, with delivery and set-up available if you wish.
Do you only plan weddings?
No. Seroza also organises birthdays, christenings, engagements, private celebrations and corporate events. Every project is looked at individually to match your expectations.
Which areas do you cover?
We work mainly across the Grand Est region and Luxembourg. For any project further afield, contact us and we will look at your request.
What happens at a first meeting?
The first conversation lets us discover your project, your wishes and your expectations. It is the moment to answer your questions and to propose the support best suited to your event.
