Budget, timing, weather, equipment: full transparency.

How much does event planning cost?
It depends on the package: full planning, partial planning or day-of coordination only. After a free first meeting you receive a detailed quote within 48 h — item by item, with no surprises and no hidden commissions.
How far in advance should we book?
For a fully planned wedding, 12 to 18 months ahead is ideal. For a birthday, christening or day-of coordination, a few months is enough. For equipment or venue rental it all depends on availability: write to us early!
Can we rent equipment or the venue without the planning service?
Of course. Chairs, tables, décor furniture, arches, tableware, linens and our reception hall can all be hired à la carte. Delivery, set-up and collection are optional; a deposit is required at booking.
What if it rains on the big day?
Every outdoor event comes with a concrete plan B: tents and marquees, or moving into our reception hall or your chosen venue. You approve it in advance — the weather doesn’t get to decide your day.
Do you only work with your own vendors?
No. We have a trusted local network (caterers, florists, photographers, musicians), but you are free to keep your own vendors. Either way: no hidden commissions — we negotiate for you, not against you.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in France. For an event further away, let’s talk: it’s all a matter of organisation — which happens to be our job.
