Data collected
We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for that sole purpose.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and get back to you. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 GDPR).
Newsletter subscription is based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of our emails.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or archived.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor shared. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA): pages are served from its European servers, but the contact form and newsletter sign-up are processed by a function running in the United States. On that occasion, your data may be transferred outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by Netlify’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Your emails are then delivered to our mailbox hosted by Combell, within the European Union.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are self-hosted: no request is sent to third-party services such as Google Fonts.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. To exercise these, email us at contact@seroza.fr.
